Passionate about great food and providing genuine hospitality his whole life, Tom has worked with numerous restaurant groups since the early 90s, first as a chef in fine dining and then expanding his expertise to include all aspects of the food service industry. Intrigued by the continuous changes in the way we eat and interact with our favorite restaurants, Tom joined Evergreens in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. The fast-casual environment makes it possible to reach so many more guests with healthy, innovative, high quality food. Tom has utilized his experiences designing menus, opening restaurants, creating systems and leading the team to support Evergreens’ 7x growth over the past three years.
