Join our Hot Concepts winners at the Super Session: The DNA of a successful emerging brand, Tuesday, October 15 from 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm.
Then, at the Hot Concepts Celebration we will taste their award-winning food on Tuesday, October 15 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. 

The Hot Concepts Awards are selected by the Editorial Board of Nation's Restaurant News and recognize emerging growth concepts that are poised for future growth. Criteria for Hot Concept honorees include: opened their first restaurant unit less than 7 years prior to award recognition, a minimum of 3 restaurant units in different market areas or a minimum of 5 units in one market area and solid financial ranking according to Dunn & Bradstreet as well as other financial benchmarks.
