Chris McMurry oversees MGH's team of account management professionals - the agency's client-facing team - in his role as agency chief operating officer. This team works with MGH clients to identify marketing opportunities, set goals and determine the best mix of marketing communications needed to achieve and exceed those goals. This team, which includes our multi-location restaurant account leads, oversees integrated campaigns that use digital and social media marketing, traditional advertising, sales promotion creation/naming, interactive/mobile development, public relations and more.
Chris's background is in public relations, but as our clients' needs have evolved, he and members of his team have broadened their areas of expertise to ensure we are always recommending and implementing the best mix of tactics for our clients. He has been with MGH since 2004. Prior to joining MGH, Chris worked in marketing and public relations for a minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles where he learned that no promotion is too "off-the-wall" to work.
