Brian is an innovator and creator with expertise in most segments of the food and beverage industry, including contract dining, casual and upscale full-service, quick service and fast casual establishments. Additionally, Brian has extensive expertise in international supply chain management. Prior to creating Sous Vide Kitchen – A Virtual Food Hall, Mr. Berger worked with Hillstone Restaurant Group, Legal Seafoods, Aramark and worked as a leader with the Hospitality & Leisure practice within PricewaterhouseCoopers. Currently he is the CEO of Sous Vide Kitchen – A Virtual Food hall and continues to serve as Principal for his own restaurant consulting practice, JBH Advisory Group. Mr. Berger is a Graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and children.
