ProfileTracy McGinnis began her career with a BA in business & marketing, followed by 6+ years in retail management and operations with Gap Inc, Aveda, and The Body Shop. After the realization that she was hungry for a more creative role (literally and figuratively), Tracy attended culinary school at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and obtained a degree in Culinary Arts. She went on to work in kitchens and bakeries in Philadelphia and NYC, helping open restaurants & cafes, and define culinary programs. Drawing from her culinary experience, Tracy then began working as a brand consultant for hospitality groups. During this time, she worked with the artist Questlove, and was a part of the team that helped define his brand and bring his culinary visions to reality. Tracy then found a home as the Manager of Development for URBN, where she conceived, developed, and operated hospitality and restaurant concepts for the brands Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People. Most recently, Tracy has been with Fox Restaurant Concepts, as Director of Marketing. She is responsible for the growth, development, and continued success of Flower Child and North Italia. When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys exploring her new home state of Arizona, spending time with her husband Keith, and traveling and eating her way through the western side of the country.
