Eric Martino has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 23 years and has 16 years of experience passionately leading teams of hospitality professionals in the creation of healthy, happy, and productive company cultures.
Martino got his start at fast-casual chain Carrabba’s Italian Grill, where he spent nearly two decades in several leadership positions. Joining as assistant manager, he rose to regional food technician in charge of analyzing quality controls across Midwestern franchises before becoming managing partner for the brand. After Carrabba’s, Martino was the director of operations for M Street Entertainment Group. In addition to leading, managing, and helping operate six different full-service concepts with the addition of an event venue, he helped create the company’s mission statement and existing mission principles.
In February 2017, Martino joined José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup as COO to oversee all full service and fast casual operations. Martino is also on the board of directors for Feed America First and is heavily involved in the Pro-Start Culinary Program and the Pencil Foundation.
