ProfileEd Keller has extensive experience in the restaurant industry and specializes in off-premise sales. His off-premise experiences includes heading up an established catering program at Boston Market, a brand new off premise program at Which Wich and currently a high volume, well established catering and off premise program at Corner Bakery Cafes. In addition he has also led training, learning and development and ops services departments, and he is well versed in negotiating 3rd party agreements. A lifelong restaurant operator, Keller has created management and employee training programs; project managed testing & deployment activities, developed an in-house monthly QSC inspection program and developed and implemented a food truck program. He has led field training teams, off premise sales teams, QSC inspection teams and catering field operations teams.
