James Greco, chief executive of Bruegger’s Bagels, was named 2009 Operator of the Year by Nation’s Restaurant News during the publication’s Golden Anniversary Celebration held at MUFSO on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the Hilton Anatole, in Dallas, Texas.
