Hot Concepts Awards
The Hot Concepts Awards are selected by the Editorial Board of Nation's Restaurant News and recognize emerging growth concepts that are poised for future growth. Criteria for Hot Concept honorees include: opened their first restaurant unit less than 7 years prior to award recognition, a minimum of 3 restaurant units different market areas or a minimum of 5 units in one market area and solid financial ranking according to Dunn & Bradstreet as well as other financial benchmarks.
